Faith Believers' Ministry
I'm working on a documentary for my final photo class at OU! I'm working with the Faith Believers' Ministry in Mineral, Ohio and the Feed My Sheep Food Pantry run by the church. Reverend Ray Ogburn and his wife Anita have been wonderful to me and I have had such a great time so far. The church has a congregation of 15, but most weeks there are 10 people (myself included) so it is very different than what I have experienced myself.
I've only been shooting for a few weeks and have 400+ photos. I wanted to get something up, so here's a taste and I'll add more soon!

Ray and Anita Ogburn lay hands on eachother and pray after church, while members of the congregation join in.

Wrestling

I shot the L.E.L Division 2 Wrestling Sectional Finals last night. I had never shot wrestling before so it was a whole new experience for me!

West Side Market
Today is the first nice day in a while. It was 50 degrees and sunny, which by Cleveland standards, means no coats and everyone in the city was out! I went to the West Side Market in Ohio City, with Mom & Ron, and it was packed!!!
Its been a while since I've just shot for fun and for the love of it, and today was a nice opportunity. Lots of food pictures. Nothing super exciting to show, but I it was great to enjoy taking pictures again. Man did I miss this feeling. Sensory overload is the best way to describe it, with all the fresh fruits and veggies, meats and cheeses and desserts galore!!! Its the best way to show all the sides of Cleveland.

Oldies
Since I have this quarter off, most of the shooting I've been doing is freelancing for the paper. I'm finally updating my blogspot because I really need to get my site up and running. These are old pictures spanning my first two and a half years at OU and my internship. I've had these in my portfolio for a while, so its just something to look at until I get new stuff up...
